This is a single origin Colombian coffee from the Cauca region. The coffee is grown on small farm lots on a plateau sheltered by the Andes Mountain Range at an altitude of 1500-2070m. The consistent climate and high annual rainfall produces an outstanding coffee with notes of chocolate milk and caramel. This coffee tastes great in cold brew or as an espresso. The decaffeination process is unique, the caffeine is extracted from the green bean using sugarcane and water, this enhances the sweetness while still maintaining the coffee attributes. This technique was developed in Colombia and removes 97 % of the caffeine. *Kofè Coffee Roasters aim to support coffee farmers. Due to the high quality of this product the farmers that supply this coffee are paid 20% above market price.

Because we use compostable packaging there are no zips to re seal the coffee! Please keep your coffee in an airtight container for maximum freshness :)
